Went to Bixby Bridge trail, some other trail I can't disclose and then Pebble Beach.

if the first pic is from the 'undisclosable' trail, I did that in a rental Corolla :flipoff2:

Went 4...errr...3-wheeling.

This is Posi Hill on Bald Mountain near Shaver Lake, CA (minimum requirements are 33" tires and posi-traction/lockers). We were there for the Moonlight Madness Poker Run, pretty cool under a full moon.

80 wheeled like a 40 - there's hope for me :bounce:

Here's the video.

Big huevos to play like that on the ledges without sliders. Looks like you had plenty of clearance for the most part though.

Looked like fun!

I did tag my catalytic converter shield at one point during the night run. ;) Yes, I need sliders.

Sliders are over rated. :D

Yea, until your tuff guy attitude sucks up into your throat with your nuts when you beat the hell out of your rocker panels and there is no turning back, and, then you realize that you either keep destroyed rockers the rest of the ownership of your truck and hope your doors still open, or you should have bought the sliders which are a fraction of the cost of repairing the damage. :flipoff2:

Oh, and you can actually wheel and have fun, not thinking about the damage you are about to cause.

I wheeled the 100 with no sliders. Biggest regret of my life. That crunch was painful.

I go with high clearance rock rails that only drop 5/8" below the pinch weld for rocker protection....available soon:D

Whatever gets the job done but you can't leave those things naked!!

Got mud and water where one shouldn't get mud and water. Now it's time for an extreme detail! Wonder if I should upgrade the fuel pump while I'm in there. On a side note does anyone know if its possible to bypass the TVSS if it gives you trouble?

This is my first weekend of LC ownership. I drove it home yesterday. On thing I noticed was that the only one of the speakers seemed to be working, I figured the stock speakers were blown and I planned on replacing them anyway.

I pulled the door panels off and to my surprise one of the POs had replaced all the door speakers. Kenwoods in front and Eclipses in back. Then I found the issue... Who ever installed them had simply put the wire through the hole in the terminal and wound it around. Pulled all the speakers and soldered a length of new speaker wire to each. 8 wire nuts later all the door speakers are working again.

Then I pulled the passenger side cargo panel to see if the sub was the same way. This is what I found

I have an 8in mounted in a simple box with an amp that I might though in the back until I have time to mount it behind the panel.
