Drove up above Lake Chelan to about 6800 ft and enjoyed the scenery!

Awesome pics!

I heard they closed the Stehekin area due to aggressive bear activity. He got too fat off the garbage apparently.

Finished my dual battery installation, modified a spare PS reservoir for nearly triple the capacity and finally fixed my rear locker not engaging (twisted axle shaft). Getting ever closer to having her back up to snuff and trip ready.

Went down to Pismo Beach Sand Dunes

The pack drove down to Pismo, my uncle is hauling his other toy with his 60.
Before we even started the fun, our YOTA's saved the Hummer that got stucked in the dunes! It was a heavy rig so we had to double block her.

more pics...

few poses with the 60 and 80... The 8274 winch are phenomenal! We saw a burban, pilot, LR3 and H2 along the way and it pulled out a few guys out there 5 times.
They guys we pulled out went to the dunes with out a recovery vehicle.
The driver of the burban said "my truck is 4wheel drive" and it shouldn't get stuck...

Got an old Winnebago delivered to our new property; our first base camp as we start renovations on the house (my parents) and the barn (me).

Sweet ride! Looks like an episode of breaking bad! Good way to finance the renovations lol

That's not good. I had a backpack trip planned out of Stehekin. Guess I better check into that.

Took me a couple of hours, but it is coming right along!

made the news:

http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2013/06/22/alberta-flooding-2013_n_3482036.html (picture 37)

was on global news too driving some TV people through a bit of floodwater, and took a guy to his house to try and retrieve their cat, they were evacuated before they could find it. Sometimes the 4wheeling comes to you.

cleaned out my basement a bit on sunday, I had about a foot or better of water in it, and helped some neighbors with some shoveling and loading carpet and stuff from their basement into garbeage bins till abut 7:30 yesterday evening.

Went 4...errr...3-wheeling.

This is Posi Hill on Bald Mountain near Shaver Lake, CA (minimum requirements are 33" tires and posi-traction/lockers). We were there for the Moonlight Madness Poker Run, pretty cool under a full moon.

Hit 198K on the odometer while in route to the Rubithon. Three 80 series and a Formula Toy buggy convoyed up from SLO County. Ran the whole trail with no body damage. Man I love these 38's.
