New DeltaVS radius arms installed. First impression on the test drive, FANTASTIC! The 80 is rock solid, with no wandering, and smooth as glass. Perfect... and I get the added benefit of a little more flex. đź‘Ś

I went with the 4" arms. I have a 75mm Tourflex suspension, from @TRAIL TAILOR , and decided I'd prefer a little extra caster vs. less with the 2" arms. Dave at @Delta VS was great help walking me through the selection. I have an alignment sheet for 'before' measurements, and I'll get the 'after' alignment done later this week. I'll post a comparison.

I have the 4 degree Delta arms for my TourFlex as well.

Perhaps this should be titled what am I going to do with my Cruiser next week. I will be out west near Moab next week for some videography. I’m trying to determine where on the white rim Road these pictures were likely taken. Anybody?

Hes a good dude, tall and very overcome with his youtube fame here in states

Power steering pump reseal stalled mid go with a noisy bearing. All the chain part stores are idiots and my go to people are closed until Monday. Amazon to the rescue, an NSK 6203vv should be delivered tomorrow.

I guess I could clean it up and paint it. :grinpimp:

If memory serves me correctly, this is right out of the gate from the visitor's center. Cheers!

Few weeks back I installed some 12 inch travel 9 way adjustable Rancho shocks and got a trail gear bumper.

I know everyone thinks Rancho is awful and I was one to agree with that but after my Fox shocks kept blowing out I was eager to try something new and I wanted more travel. With the 9 way adjustability I am sooooo impressed. It transforms the way it drives from stupid soft to really firm. And with the lifetime warrenty I think it’s hard to beat. The flex is pretty nice as well :bounce:.

Trail gear bumper I am very pleased with quality and it doesn’t stick out as far as I thought originally. It’s getting plated and painted next week

Lol. Grab some small vice grips next time your at harbor freight, the poor man’s hood support. Clamp right under dead shock. I Keep a pair in my side pocket. My after markets only hold when it’s above 90 outside.

Completed stock bumper retrofit to accommodate new winch. Hot rod black (3 part), and added some fog lights just in time for summer  (amazon switch for Tacoma/Toyota re-make fits perfectly side ways in empty bottom slots.

Finally got a stubborn air cleaner hose off without cracking it, put some silicone grease on the ends to ease reassembly and next removal. Today I get to put new plug wires! Already put a new cap and rotor couple weeks ago, does this rotor look fully seated?

On the less fun side, I'm still dealing with a crumbling PCV and having a hard time reaching/seeing if anything has fallen in. I have a new one ready to go but I'm worried I won't be able to get it in there. The old valve itself came out very easily. I have some time and will experiment tape and other stuff to pull it out.

Oh and this radiator is from 2015, recent flush, new cap but seems I'm losing a little fluid when it's flowing to overflow? The fan-side, made me thing it was a seam leak but I think it's just flowing down the metal from the overflow hose.

Wentt out with guys from the Keystone Cruisers on the monthly run and got a lesson in how to winch out of a trouble spot. The red 4Runner was ahead of me and the full size dual cab Taco was behind me. These guys knew what they were doing and moved through this quickly.

Proper line on the inside of the dropoff

This truck is a beast. We did several trails that were not fat girl (I had to fold the side mirrors in several times to not clip trees) or long wheelbase friendly, but he hopped rocks and came out unscathed.

Here is me jacking up the line and causing drama. I was very titled and concerned I may park it on it's side.

Camera held level to the ground. I could reach out the window and touch ground.

Missed the line badly and then didn't realize my wireless remote for the winch had timed out and shut off, so when I tried to winch and drive out I just plowed into the ~30" mud wall.

The 4Runner came around and originally hooked up to my slider to keep me from tipping, but then had to try to grab the front and pull me over instead.

Later in the day we found a washed out portion of an easy rock trail. It was hard to see when coming up on it and caught the lead truck a bit by surprise. 4x4 Labs cleared this in front and the rear with no problems,

That's a good idea, cheers! Bit more portable than my cutdown broomstick!

Try not to Mar the surface of the shafts if you can. That will finish off the seal and the strut will lose what it has left. To pad the jaws I prefer a short piece of fuel hose that is split open.

Replaced rear axles seals, gaskets, rear wheel bearings and races, rear rotor/drum, rear pads, rear slide brake pins and boots.
Replaced OE vapor charcoal canister with Duralast VC120
