Onur still does parts, but I heard a rumor he wasn't taking on new clients.

@beno can chime in for ya maybe and clarify.

No....He's done.

No....He's done.

:bang: Totally missed that. Damn. Thats a huge bummer. He was a great resource for a multitude of reasons and the best customer service.
Wish i'd of ordered 200 oil filters before I knew that! Gotta find a source for the good ones now.

Walked past it. Wires hanging, unhappy face, unwashed. Needs some love.

Me and my 80 hung out in the garage where we cobbled together a furniture dolly, an IKEA esque bookshelf destined for the trash, a 1" ratchet strap, various scraps of OSB, melamine and plywood together with some 14" full extension drawer slides into a pretty handy little triage cart. The big dolly base makes it stable even if I fully extend all the shelves at the same time.

That's cool..You can get those roller dollies at HF for $7.99 sometimes. Good idea

I discovered this mid-size stackable Milwaukee tool box is a great fit in the 2nd row. It's exactly the size you need to fit two side by side, and it's the same height as the Dobinson/Titan/Chinese drawers. Here it is test fitted (since I still have to remove the seats). I mounted it to the 2nd row seat anchor bar using a u-bolt and holes I drilled in the bottom of the box.

Where are you located? Most of the Cali guys in the TLCA or local groups probably have parts guys. I know my local dealer in Cali gives the Landcruiser guys a good price.
I am in the Bay Area, the San Diego chapter had a discount.... wanted some on with the knowledge to go over my purchases also..

80 RLCA skids are a go and in stock now.

Started the conversion on my 4/93 80 from R12 to R134. Compressor was weak and I believe there was a combination of R12 and R134 in the system from the PO.

Had the refrigerant pumped out at a local shop. Dismantling and flushing All
Components .Changing out as needed evap, condenser. Have both in hand JIc they don’t clean up and test out. Swapping out New O-rings, compressor, pressure switch, drier, expansion valve, and inline filter.

Compressor runs continuously, makes coldish air, but doesn’t get up to operating pressures. Issue could be the expansion valve sticking, maybe the pressure switch but it’s low on what should be R12 also so I’m biting the bullet and converting it to a post 5/93 ac system.

I’m Planning a trip out west this August including SAS 3, don’t want complete failure on the trip.
