My 4 year old daughter helped me change the rear brake pads this weekend. She held the little spring clips for me and was so excited to help me (first time for her). She wanted to help me fix the rear e-locker too but I told her I didn't want her under the truck. Proud daddy moment.

Parked next to a dumpster.

UPDATED 830pm: it was a trashy kinda day...all around!

On the highway on the way home I detonated an empty plastic 50 gallon garbage can that blew into the #2 lane. (one of those rubbermaid grey ones, looked pretty ancient.)

Couldn't swerve, it just appeared rolling in from the vortex from the car in the #1 lane. I hit it at about 65 mph and, it promptly exploded into about 10 hundred little plastic shards.

The ARB took the hit without a bother...did it just pay for itself...probably.

I don't think anyone behind me knew what the heck was going on.

Holy jeez... What is that a 6" Victaulic flat reduced down to 1" copper??? Yikes.
The 1" part might just be for pressure testing.

Switches came in so I installeda switch to turn the 'hot always' USB/12v ports on or off. That way I didn't have to worry about the LED lights on the ports phantom draining the battery. So now I can leave the LC off and charge phones, etc.

I already ran my sub amp back there so I piggy backed off the power cable I ran. The sockets have fuses to prevent anything blowing up that is plugged up.

Put the switch up high so it wouldn't get switched accidentally by stuff that might be stored in the back.

Yes 4" ductile to 1" copper. PRV stations are not complete. They will end up looking a bit different after whole building is done. Tested to 200 psi today and all good.

Finally no more scrubbing!

Thanks again to the Slee crew! Awesome awesome awesome folks!

Met them as a the reader rig on the '07 Ultimate Adventue when they built the BlueBerry and have been harassing Ben non stop ever since.

Old skool UA shirt that always smells like gear oil and sweet new freebie!

Probably the best picture I've ever seen on here! Definetly needs to be framed for him!

Thanks!!!! Wife just happened to walk outside and snap it, right place right time.

Definitely framing it and putting it above the desk at work, and of course keep a copy in the Cruiser.

I noticed while installing my Slee extended brake lines that the driver's side line was still under a bit more strain at full droop than I would like. I added a set of 24" limit straps connecting the motor mounts with the control arm bracket bolts. Good idea? Bad idea? I figured it couldn't hurt. Good news is my extended breather loop seems to be working well.

My rear caliper rebuild project hit a snag when I popped the piston out for a quick look-see. Lots of pitting, which probably explains why it wouldn't retract. Oh well. New calipers are on their way.
