^^^^& you running a underground bar out of the 80??.. ha

Got the Blue Sea mounted and hooked up to switched power. So far I have only installed a 12v plug and USB setup inside the center console and on the back of the center console.

Like everyone has said that has installed one...absolutely nice to know where to hook something up now. Now I don't have to worry when adding things.

I didn't ground the Blue Sea bc I am grounding each accessory wherever it will be mounted.

You know there's a cheaper version that comes without the grounding provision? It's also smaller. While blue sea stuff is certainly top notch this particular one is for fiberglass boats that have no other way for common grounding.

Yep. I bought this version in case I want to separate the positive and negative and create 2 different buses....one for always on and one for switched. In the end this one works best for what I may or may not do.

Threw the lift on today. Looks and rides better. I came from a dodge ram 2500 before this so i did not like the squishy stock ride. I still have to stick the caster plates on tomorrow. But it drives nice now. Front and rear J lift, 30mm front spacer. But in the pics I have a tons of crap in the rear. Like maybe 300 lbs plus third row seats.
All hand tools, no busted bolts or knuckles.

Had to sacrifice a 19mm socket to have it fit by the master cylinder to get the upper shock mount nut off. Other than that, just a regular 3/8 and 1/2 drive socket set and a couple of wrenches.

What headlights are you running? Lift looks good...

Those were just some cheapy headlights I found on Amazon. I still have to adjust them properly now, even more so with the lift. They even have those led Halo Rings which I dislike lol.

But they needed to go on so I could drive around. This is how the truck sat for a few years till I got it right before Xmas.

I wired mine so that I can terminate the positive and negative of every device within the Blue Sea Fuse box. It is easier to debug problems that way. I can use a multimeter and solve a problem very quickly.

Screw all your fancy FJ80 upgrades that make me jealous, my weekend goal is setting the record for bags of mulch loaded into the 80 (interior only, all doors closed). I did 36 bags last year and had room for a few more - shooting for 40 bags this year. About 1600 pounds.
