A couple of notes:
The neck is slightly deeper, so the factory caps aren't sealing on the radiators. My buddy caught it first, I had the issue last weekend, etc.--we found that the Sankei (which apparently was an OEM supplier to Toyota for rad caps on the 60, according to what I saw somewhere on here, so pretty good quality) is taller and seals with some proper spring tension. All the rigs running the rad's have started off with brand new factory caps.
It was nothing alarming (in hindsight, I stressed myself out way more than I should have about it, despite my friend's pleas not to), because the trucks all run nice and cool, they just aren't making pressure like they should.
All this in Phoenix, AZ where it's much hotter than Iowa, so you should be fine.
Other thing to look at is the transmission barbs coming out of the cooler at the bottom of the rad, specifically the one on the driver's side. We've found they need to be clocked down slightly to prevent rubbing the line on the shroud, causing it to cut open, in my case on the trail and repairs had to be done next to a bush with a big rattle snake (no joke, about 5 feet long), which caused some extra stress for myself and my friends that day.
The repair wasn't the end of the world. But would have been unnecessary if I had paid attention while putting the rad in.
Aside from those, the rad has been great. Good cooling and the price is pretty dang good.
