You can buy the foams from Spector Offroad:I agree! Love the color. Any local upholsterer recommendations? Just need the foam really. Although it would be nice to have someone do upholster the seats for me.
Yeah I’ve been eyeballing the sor foam for a while. It’s really the shipping cost that pisses me off. I’ve been thinking/hoping it might be more cost effective to take them somewhere local.Sweet. I got the same present from myself for Xmas.
You can buy the foams from Spector Offroad:

I'm just going to buy new foams from SOR. By the time I buy the materials and fart around with it, easier to just buy something known to fit.
Many of us share the same feelings about SOR. I'm building a list of items I absolutely cannot get elsewhere and will make a one time purchase and move on with my life. My free time outside of work is valuable, not worth trying to build foam only to be pissed off and unhappy with the results with no one to blame but myself!.Yeah I’ve been eyeballing the sor foam for a while. It’s really the shipping cost that pisses me off. I’ve been thinking/hoping it might be more cost effective to take them somewhere local.
Wholly F. I wasn't aware it was that bad. Thats assault!Agreed on all counts. I just went for the sor foam. $122 in shipping.![]()
Indeed. Highway robbery.Wholly F. I wasn't aware it was that bad. Thats assault!
That’s what I needed to hear. I think my cousin has some pliers. Is it just the foam that’s hog ringed on?I’ve done those seat covers, not terrible if you get some good hog ring pliers![]()
Correction: $133 for s&h…Agreed on all counts. I just went for the sor foam. $122 in shipping.![]()
