What do you mean by "pulley spaced out"? Does the 1" spacer need to be shorter or is there enough room to move the pump forward? I hope I explained that well enough.

The bracket would have to be hacked up pretty good to allow the pump to come forward. There is 1 chunk on the pump casting that is what requires the 1" spacer.

I have the pulley-puller if you just want to grab a couple pulley's.
Pump install looks killer B. You ever get the rear shocks on it?

Nope. No rear shocks yet. Yet another thing on my list of To-Dos. 
In regards to the pulley, I'm wondering if there is a GM pulley that is wide enough. All of them I have seen lately have the narrow pulley. In RayNs write up, he used a Jeep pump and it looks like the pulley is not pressed on fully in order to get the alignment right.

So I cruised the Madera PaP and didn't find anything remotely like what you have there. Everything I saw was a remote res. style pump and I looked at all the Volvo cars there. What am I missing?
The early Wagoneers have the wide pulley Saginaw pump on them IIRC.
LC, go to the Jenson Pick-n-pull for Volvos. There must be 10 Volvo's there with the Saginaw pump/wide pullley.

Did ya try Smith's? (is he even still open?)
He always used to have a bunch of square body Volvos on hand.
Good source of 210 Yorks and this style sag pump.
I found what I think was the last one at Jensen. Looks like '81-84 240 Volvo's is a range to look for.
So I see what you mean about shimming the pully out. Are you conserned about the pully not being indexed? I have pics of the pully, hub and pump I'll post later.

-What springs did you end up running? did you ever measure them from eye-to-eye?
-where did you get your tie-rod from, and what length is it?
-did you run into the same problem Weak-Link had with the Rough Stuff front passenger side u-bolt bracket?

-stock with an AAL that was laying in the back yard
-Marlin Crawler made him a one off, because of the extra width(not sure what he paid for it), Just tell them what you need and they can get it done.
-He got the updated mount and it still takes a little work to make it fit but it's better design then mine, well worth the effort.

Rear pack has the added leaf, the front is untouched but may receive one as it settles.
The tie rod and drag link were a few bucks more than their stock 60 width to cover the added tube. Marlin cut them for me. He said it had been quite a while since he had last cut a tie rod or drag link.

Not much of an update. Been working A LOT lately so no time for the cruiser. Been driving it a ton around town and still seems to be doing great. I finally got up for a snow trip this weekend. I put the word out that I was taking the day off work specifically to go up the hill. Had a few people show.
I think I counted between 15 and 20 rigs.
Had a great time even though the snow wasn't the best. I got to have a nice day with my wife, my kids, my cruiser and a bunch of friends. No action pics of mine that I've seen (I was @ the front of the pack) but heres me and Frizzlefry with his 55.
My Cruiser did great all day. I was super happy how the Iroks did even at only 5 and 4 psi. (definitely could have gone lower but didn't need to) I was even more happy how well it did when I figured out my welded rear was only spinning 1 side. I figure either the axle splines or the spiders stripped as there definitely hasn't been any loud bangs or grinding. I also realized this happened on my first trip out a couple of months back.
So I'll tear into the back end and see what needs replacing. This trip REALLY makes me want to button up my loose ends and get this thing in good shape but time will tell. (I have no time so theres no telling when they will get done )
