Are you going to finally sell GM parts, too? You know, for those customers with Asian-American trucks?

A few more clarifications to some questions
2. I order Monday-Friday. Parts are shipped--currently-- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. USPS has been a pain currently about setting up daily pickups due to my "rural" location (Metro ATL?!?!?). If you do require expedited service--PLEASE CALL ME. I will do what I can to assist you within means.

I think we all understand this--the real deal is all that "infrastructure" is just BS --it's what behind it that is important--the dedication to the customer of a product that the supplier recognizes as superior, and supports that. It's the connection, and the realization that quality does take a little time, but worth every penny. Thanks for the kind words everyone. First week has been just awesome.
My biggest problem is just keeping up!
A reminder: This is a one-man operation! I take all of the orders, do all of the quotes, go and get all of the parts (30 minute ride one way), then pack all of the parts, then take them all to the Post office or Fedex/UPS (another 20-30 minutes of time one way), do all of the invoicing, bookkeeping, stocking, cleaning, sweeping the floors, cleaning the toilets!
You get the picture.
The worst part about this is the "infrastructure" that the dealership has that I don't have--computer systems to create quotes immediately, convert them to .pdf's and email them with a few key strokes. I am having to do all of this manually with pieces of paper and email.
So, I do really appreciate your patience.
Thanks again for all of the orders. Your support has been quick incredible!
Have a great weekend.
