There was a significant parts supply delay because my depot was closed due to the hurricane going through FL.

I get my parts from the Jacksonville PDC.

As such, they were closed Friday through Monday.

I did not receive a resupply till Weds. and my first part orders from Friday-Tuesday dropped Weds.

I am basically three days behind with nothing I can do about it.

Southeast Toyota receives 27 containers a day of parts from TMS, USA: that's, 135 containers back logged.

As such, it is taking awhile to fill orders.

My sincere apologies.

Thanks for the update Onur!

Man, I Just had to delete a lengthy post and walk away to keep from unloading on a guy that was bitchin' about retail pricing and shopping around when I made some comments about looking at reaching out to and trying to build a relationship with the local dealership parts guy. Don't misread this, I know who my guy is, but as he has said recently, it doesn't matter where you get the parts, just get the right parts. And those words were ringing in my ear when this guy makes a comment about how he doesn't shop at x dealership because they charge full retail. So the F what... If I need 3 nuts and 2 bolts, I don't care what they cost, I will go (and did) help the guy behind the counter find them in the diagram and when he said that will be $xx I said cool, when will they be here, tomorrow, awesome, see you then.

I don't go to AutoZone and haggle over price, I don't go to Kroger and bitch about the cost of broccoli, I just pay for it or put it back. The end. I know there are places to go to get the cheap parts, but as has been mentioned here, the relationship is worth more than x% off. And my while point of my other post in another place was simply to discuss developing that relationship. I must have been around Onur too long because today the switch literally flipped and the full weight of @beno's comments hit home and these cheap ass folks just chap my backside... Rock on brother rock on.

Also, sorry for the random rant, but this seemed the best place to put this particular "get off my grass" moment.
