You go to Moab for a few days and everything changes. Congrats my Friend :D

BTW Cdan had upgraded to Coors light, at least when he wasn't drinking my Bud Light.

Congrats Beno !!

I assume your staying in GA? nobody in their right mind would be in NY :bang:

No doubt there, however PA is a pretty alright place.

Not too many folks in this country that get to write off a 70 series as a delivery truck. Not a bad deal Onur :)

We are lucky as a community to have you. Thank you!

There is a reasonable concentration of 70 Series in the State of Georgia, with several residing at postal code 31792. They will all need parts from time to time. :)

Just got some Ujoints from the man. First time dealing with, but met with same level of competence and skill I'd expected.

Thanks Onur.

A few more clarifications to some questions/concerns folks had:

1. I do not currently have a "big" inventory. Just basic stuff for most LC engines. Unless some one wants to Crowdfund me for a inventory purchase of say $100K like I've had in the past, unfortunately, most parts, for the time being, will be ordered as orders from customers and clients come in. That's the reality of this garage business.

2. I order Monday-Friday. Parts are shipped--currently-- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. USPS has been a pain currently about setting up daily pickups due to my "rural" location (Metro ATL?!?!?). If you do require expedited service--PLEASE CALL ME. I will do what I can to assist you within means.

3. Parts will not leave me until money has been received by customers. :) Sorry, can't front you parts since I can't get parts fronted to me.

I am available to ship world-wide. :) I am also able to procure parts, if still available, from other markets as well.

This is an evolving business model and I appreciate your patience and understanding as I do my best to get best practices in place as well as pricing/quoting and ordering systems in place.

Can you get a full rebuild kit including pistons and rings for a 1973 FJ40 F engine?

If so, what is the price and what does the kit include?

Thanks.

wow, good news, Beno ... means I can order parts from you? ... I never understood that restriction by Toyota not allowing US dealerships to sell to Canadian customers thereby forcing them to go to Canadian dealers who based on my experience with the locals here can't find parts for my 07 FJC let alone my 78 fj40 ... congrats and I look forward to doing business with you ...

How on earth did we not talk about this a couple nights ago????

This is HUGE to a guy like me. HUGE. And I absolutely guarantee that I'm not the only guy out there with a thing for non-US spec parts.

I can see myself already adding to my spreadsheet for an order....

Dan

I already beat you with two orders Dan. What are you doing, trail rides in Moab or something? Slacker!

I'm letting my bank account recover from buying another truck!

27,000 pounds of 6x6 "fun"!

Shipping to Australia via USPS Priority International, in flat rate boxes?

Being self-employed can be one of the hardest, lowest paying, most demanding things one can do....and you'll love it.

I am beyond ecstatic for you to venture into this new life. As you can tell by this thread, you have helped us all along on our projects, now it is time for us to help you. Just by ordering parts. I'll be in touch with my order soon my friend!
