I had ordered these last night, this morning I got the email that they’re arriving tomorrow… the Amazon of commercial parts?

I used this and the baby powder - I also put the tubes mostly in the check freezer to contract some and the foam in the sun before I slid the foam over

Not sure how much you gain with copper putting in the freezer. Used in HVACR coils because of it heat transfer properties. Even with Arizona's low desert humidity items pulled out of the freezer with have humidity condense and freeze quickly. Copper may warm up too quickly to have humidity freeze. But the little bit gained is not worth it if any moisture collects on the outside of the copper.

A 100 deg F change in temperature will change the diameter of a 3/4 inch O.D. copper alloy tube by about 0.0015". Work fast.

I don't know how much frost will increase the diameter.

I think cold reduces the diameter by the amount per degree below standard conditions 68F?
There things like water becoming that increase when its freezes.
