Finished the front heater today.

Rear heater back together too. Just need to add the PN decals when I install in the truck.

The Cricut is great for cutting gaskets. I’ve cut several different types of material to generally good results.

Assembled the pedal bucket. I have the rubber pads here someplace but can't find them today.

I am putting the elephant horns back together. Had to make a couple gaskets. Still have to find the grommets.

Do you have a before pic of these buckets? What is the coating, they look beautiful?

I had the buckets and rings plated yellow zinc. The outer part where the bulb rests, I was able to find as you see them. The hardware except the adjuster screws (Toyota) I got on ebay I think, SS SEMS screws. The white plastic parts are from ebay too.

I found the 1/2 x 3/8 rubber grommet fits pretty well. The back side needs trimmed a little so it is not as thick so the grommet fits flush.

Dome light. I soaked the lens in hydrogen peroxide out in the sun for about 4 hours. I think it looks a lot better.

I'm trying to track down the spring for my parking brake handle. Is this it? I think it is too big and the two hooks are clocked 90 degrees from each other. about 4.5 inches long and 3/4 inch diameter.

Thanks, the part number I found, 90506-12023 showed discontinued.

Interesting, there is a Yamaha spring that looks very much like the Toyota hand break spring, PN 90506-12023-00, could it be? Not exactly the same but maybe interchangeable?

From pictures I have been able to find it looks like a washer, but the parts diagram doesn't.

Following up on this part, not sure where I found this diagram, but according to toyodiy, this is used for RHD models only.
