@Engineer8000 I just discovered your posts…magnificent work…! If this is as good as your fuse advice, stand back ! You have a winner…

Is that L200 duct a 3D printed repro? You might be able to have a modified version printed. If I was local I'd be up to trying, but getting that designed will be tough without being there.
It is a 3d printed repro from Heritage Cruisers. It fits perfectly when used with the later heater. Contacting them to maybe get a modified version is a great idea.

Great Alignment job.... I need to attempt mine again... It seems that there are very little degrees of freedom to get the alignment after the body is mounted to the frame...

Thanks, it took a few hours. There must be some secret to it because I can't believe Mr. T spent that much time putting these together.

Of course, I started off planning the electrical. I want to replace the OEM harness and fuse block with a more versatile and reliable setup. I found this as a starting point, from a 2000 Jaguar, available inexpensive on ebay:

I disassembled it to figure out the circuits

Please post videos of how you trace the circuits if you can. I'm going to have to do the same. I got one off Amazon and still learning all this new stuff.

It's been slow going recently. The painters are picking up the body this week so that is progress. There are a lot of extra holes that have been added over the last 50 years that need to be closed up. I got all of the new/repaired weld nuts installed on the tub and fenders. I removed the AC stuff off the 3FE, keeping the newly re-cored OEM AC radiator. I test fit the replacement TP transmission cover I found. It fits ok. I could not find a template for locating the PTO shifter opening so that was a challenge.

I found a grommet I think will work for the PTO opening in the transmission cover. I didn't like the idea of just having a slot in the floor. I will post up pictures of it when it is done. I sourced a replacement rear hatch and a couple rear seat brackets from @kevos37. The hatch I had was pretty bad and would require a bit of work to save. Two of my seat brackets had damaged threads. @cruisermatt supplied the weld nut backing plates for the tailgate hinges and latches. Started wire harness work.

While the painters are working on the body, I will be painting all the interior bits black and pewter as applicable. Can someone tell me if the original black interior paint for seat brackets, etc. was satin or gloss? Same question for the front grill mesh and fan box on the firewall. Thanks.

I have a 71 with PTO here if you still need template for shifter location!

Thanks for the offer, Matt, I figured it out. The hardest part is the opening for the shifter in the tunnel cover is not exactly centered over the shifter. I was going to make a template and post it up when complete. I could not find one.

Is this what you are looking for

I have the larger PTO winch wedges/shims that go on top of the frame but need the smaller set that go inside the frame under the nut. Does anyone have the dimensions of those smaller wedges?

I wonder if leveling washers for I beams would work as an alternative. McMaster Carr sells several tapered sq washers and has dimensional info.

My first PTO winch I bought do not have bottom wedges. a few other over the years haven't either. There was a reproduction projected started in the Phoenix area a few years back. Believe it failed because the owner of the foundry sold his business before it happen. If it's not in the 40/55 section it's most likely in the 25 section . The dimensions were in that thread.
