Rear diff out. Pressure washed the front housing and parts (forgot to get a pic). Moving along slowly. So broke down the front axle and the diff looks great. Will clean up the levers and actuator. Want to powder coat but afraid time is not on my side as I need to get this truck back together before the summit in august. Doing add a leafs upgrading from a medium to heavy set up. Did not have all the extra weight when I originally built this truck.

Thanks Jimmy! Stoked to see you in a 5 weeksHey Tucker, I sprayed them with a thick chassis paint I picked up from my paint supply house. I think it’s called “Northstar”. Had to reduce it quite a bit on the final coat.
Looking great Jimmy.Replaced the steering box. Resealed mine 4-5 years ago but unfortunately it failed this last year. Fortunately I was storing my brothers that was redone by WTO. Will replace this for him. Add a leaf is done on the front (7 leafs). Have an additional one but will see how going from 6 to 7 sits/rides. Front axle in and will get the birds, hubs etc done today. Rear axle this week and hopefully doing some test runs by the close of next weekend. Also received the cables from Cal Push-Pull. Pretty beefy. Made them 12” longer than factory, just have to confirm where I’ll mount them.

Hey John, if I recall my brother drops them off (when he works in SAn Angelo) and they are usually ready the next week. Might be worth a call into them as their workload may fluctuate some. Look forward to seeing you guys in a month.Yep, looking great.
Jimmy, on a side note with your new steering box…and I realize you had one on the shelf…but do you have an idea what the turn around time is for a rebuild from WTO? That’s going to be my next project.
