One of our cruisers broke a rear spring pin in the Serengeti today leaving Tanzania. We loaded up their passengers and baggage and took off.

Can’t say that would be fun repairing in middle of nowhere, it’s hard enough for me to put new springs under rig in my garage each time I do it.

Continue to see some cool stuff. Amazing people!!

I would have to say that the Serengeti is incredible. Unmatched beauty. Had to have escort with us after dark to get back to our room due to lions and Cape buffalo. Pool pic overlooks the Serengeti.

Couple mature lions today walked within a foot of the cruiser.

The fun thing about repairing that spring pin is you never know what kind of kitties will come to keep you company!

Check this out, pics on wall of Mount Kenya conservation are where actor William Holden help create the game club since he was one of the owners. Saved many orphaned animals they still do which is pretty cool!

He was apparently a huge fan of the Land Cruiser!

Due to some logistical changes I didn’t get to spend the time I wanted to with Mike aka @Lifelong40Fan but sure was good to meet and our face to the name.

No, but gave him some parts, hopefully they will help .
Mostly unloaded pig and parts, picked some oranges and grapefruit, gave them each a dozen eggs
Now gotta figure out what to do with that pig
