Had a helper over the holiday weekend make some covers for the sun visors too. Pocket on one side. Molle on the other. Same grey canvas as cargo cards and will also be used on a console.

Not really.....40 pins work great. Don't overthink it. I just did mine a couple of months ago. I bought my 40 pins off of ebay for $10 or so for each kit; required two kits. Ige did this several years ago and here is her original write-up...

Yikes! That ain’t good! It appears that the kit @Half Wacked aka Split Pea is for the same applications that the Dorman 38397 is for (late 80’s to late 90’s Nissan Pathfinders and pickups).

I bought these on Amazon, but the bushings are a little bigger on the top of the bushing. I have not tried theses yet, But think they should work just have to file a little bit I hope. Pic of the difference in the bushings ,
