I have a 1989 FJ62 toyota Land Cruiser for sale in southern maryland and easily in western maryland. (it has two homes in Frederick and St. Mary's county) There isnt any body damage other than a VERY small amount on the tailgate. Everything runs well. AC works. Trans is tight. Motor is very reliable and has never had any issues. I am the second owner after purchasing from a friend. It has a shakle reversal, full length roof rack, some custom wood trim i put on, and a rhino lined roof. comes with 33x12.5 on american racing style wheels as well as the stock tires. The Original seats are in perfect condition. They had covers from initial purchase and look great. I love this truck and it is the nicest one ive owned yet, I will not part it...

I have a 1982 fj60 for sale in denver it has rust in the wheel wells a bit. it has some carb issues I think it is a 2f? needs a door handle and a regulator on the driver door and maybe a driver seat in the future. just come get this thing it has 309K miles on it it runs and drives everything else works call me if you want it no tire kickers.

Vehicle has around 260K, solid rear hatch/tailgate, and both the alternator and starter were replaced within the last year with Denso units. This is a 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62 model. This vehicle was purchased as a daily driver and has and has been for the last 3 years. I recently put a younger tranny in it and replaced the transmission lines. I also recently rplaced both front fenders and did a rear panel chop. I also remived the rockers and welded in 3" c channel steel for added rigidity and protection. The interior is mint except for a small tear in the driver seat. I was going to buy this cruiser to export to Central America but found out that the import duty was excessive. It has just been repainted silver buy the current owner. The paint job is not 100% professional but is really nice. The owner told me that the truck came from CA and I could not find any rust on the truck either on the body or the frame. The transmission has a delayed shift into second gear which maybe the kickdown cable and need for a flush. The front end is loose. Interior is very clean for a truck with 150K. My baby, Lucy the Land Cruiser, needs a new home. This has been my daily driver for the past two years. She's been great to me, but unfortunately I need to get something a little less awesome and a little more practical.
I bought it from a mechanic in Richardson a few years back with 145k for $8500. Since then it's been great to me, but unfortunately the paint is starting to show its age. Mechanically, it's great and has the coldest AC of any car I've ever owned.
31x10.5 BFG's with less than 10k miles on them. New stereo with AUX and USB connections...
I would prefer a 60(love shifting) but am open to 40 62 or 80 (prefer locked for the 80). I have 5k cash to spend. Would like to have cash left over for baseline maintiance and a lift and tires. I am in anchorage(elmendorf) but would be willing to travel up to fairbanks or down to homer for the right cruiser. Seems that shipping something up would break the budget. I have been scouring craigslist and drove a few. But nothing that gave me that happy feeling inside. Rust yuck. If you have something that you think would fit the bill get in touch with me and we will see how it goes.

Runs, shifts, stops, turns like it should and it looks pretty good. the interior is great accept for some carpet wear and the split on the driver seat.

I was trying to trade two cruisers for a truck but it looks like I will be selling them one at a time now. I live right across the GG bridge from SF and am trying to find a clean FJ62. Like a lot of folks, I'm looking for a rust-free rig that has ideally spent all of its life in CA or the southwest. Max budget is ~ $12K for the right vehicle. (Somewhere above a fine-running but cosmetically-challenged vehicle, and below a TLC or Cool Cruisers restoration.)
