How's your 100 Series Body Lift?

1/2” is the gateway drug.
I too have the 1/2” TT BL kit. I think I’ve maximized my tire size at 35x11.5, +31 offset (they also fit at +44 but looked funny). They tuck now but any wider and/or more offset would put my tires into the fenders.

Most guys who want 35’s will want a full fat 12.5”/315 tire and a 1” BL makes a lot more sense for that.

Did you have to do anything more than the pinch welds and a 1/2" body lift to fit those 35s?

Looks like it will rub at turn with minimal suspension compression. Fear you may damage your fender with significant suspension compression. Do you have bump stops installed? Are they installed such that they prevent fender contact? Looks to me like you need at least a 1” BL lift.

Good luck

Looks can be deceiving. I haven't experienced any rub while wheeling but I admit I haven't removed the torsion bars and cycled the suspension fully. I did install Perry Parts bump stops well after that photo was taken but only to soften the big hits, not to reduce travel.
