It is a Con-ferr box. I bought it years ago to keep my straps, some tools and baby diapers in. Now that the kids are in college, the diapers are for me...

Installed fuel tank, lines, filler neck and related parts, tranny hump, heater, shifter boots, seat frames... Not in that order... :)

It isnt really in the last week, but in the last couple of months.
To my hj47 i have: Put in a 5 speed with a 40 series top shifter plate (no need to cut the floor.) Disc brake front end. Handbrake on back wheels, the cable off a 79 series cruiser fitted straight up. Reconditioned limited slip diff in back. New bearings all round. Tigerz11 winch.
In the next couple of weeks im putting in a 12ht.

I dig the way that you angled the rear bumper/ x member and hung the shackle hanger off the back like that.

Nice job!

Thanks Chicago but i cant take credit for the rear bumper. its from Blue Torch. had i known how simple it is to build i wouldve built my own. plus i had to trim 1 inch off the rear frame rails to get proper shackle angle. WTF?!

new hi-lift jack mount

chopped part of an old bumper and made a hi-lift mount using tow hook holes.

cost <$5 for bolts

got my springs installed

I finished installing my OME's and the XRC8 that Santa brought me...
The springs were used so I didn't have to break them in. It rides nice, 2 degree shims in front and three degrees in the back. No death wobble so far.
