I was just looking through some pics and found this time when my mud tires from the 40 were too wide for the alignment machine at NTB. Ran home and swapped them from my other cruiser. Problem solved!
The lcwizard and 4Plus come thru again with a well designed product

Finished the install tonight before the arctic “Alberta Clipper” dips in over the weekend and makes it too cold to work comfortably in the garage.
(Note: I did drill/tap and install zerks on the pivot hinges... gave them each a squirt of AMSOIL chassis grease and they rotate very smoothly now but not to loose either...)

Digging those headlights. Where did you get them?
Bought some drain hoses from @Racer65 and installed the passenger side. And your correct about the drivers side @KingAir Driver about it being hard. It will make a nun swear. I never was able to get it on yet.
I also installed my wiper motor and had @Coolerman make me a wiper harness. Doesn’t look like the wiper arms and blades are in the correct possession.

I scored those from a posting in the local clubhouse, they're some generic LEDs from the house of Bezos (Amazon). Somewhere about a dozen pages back in my build thread there's a link to them.

Took off the old tires and dropped off the wagons and bezel for some powder coating! Check out the sticker I found on the spare. I tried to take it off to save, but it started to rip. Glad I got a photo of it to memorialize.

I took a load of construction debris to the local landfill. It’s the first time it’s been in low range for quite a while. It put a smile across my face.

Also changed out the tired shocks for some fresh Monroe cheapies. The ride is nice and "cushy" in 40 terms. Here's the part #s used in case someone needs the same. I used the Monroe charts to cross reference my needed lengths etc.

No, sorry I should have clarified.
The PO installed lift springs and I am not positive of the overall lift since I didn't have a baseline. I'd guess 2-4 inches of lift though based on the fender clearance with my 33s.

Built this a few years ago.
Also took my resident idiot for a cruise. He's missing a few screws, but can at least enjoy some cold air on the nose.
