So just an update if it helps anyone, plugged my new relay from the eBay Czech guy Jan (big thanks buddy) and my BJ40 fired straight up in run No Black Smoke!!!
Was it sold to you as NOS? I ask because this bumper is still available from Toyota. Chances are they have tweaked the ancillary holes once or twice since your 40 was new.
The throw out bearing is not adjustable, it slides on the front bearing retainer of the trans. The pushrod in the booster is adjustable, the pedal has adjustment and the slave push rod is adjustable.
Test oil pressure with a mechanical gauge.
I doubt a 24 volt gauge is going to work in a 12 volt system.
Volts, amps, resistance are all intrinsically related (OHMS Law).
Change one, the value of the others changes.

It all depends on what you want from the engine. We have been driving around the world now since 2003 and our 3B engine has never let us down. The most reliable part of the whole truck is the engine.

15W40 is too thick for winter use. I use 5W40.
Mine 3B starts quite easily without glowing even in freezing temperature (-5°C). But it’s quite low mileage engine (176 tkm/110 tml).
July/Aug-more miles and prep for SAS7.
Colorado was amazing. We did have to advance timing quite a bit to compensate for higher altitude.
