Yes, I have full power to the seats, minus the seat heaters. I still need to get control switches for the heated seat portion. The power adjustments are just 2 wires, +/- Easy peasy.

The only complaint I have about the seats is how high they sit from base to seat cushion, it puts the passenger seat too high in the cab. (I have the in cab fuel tank) I think they are about 10-12" from the bottom of the mounting rails to the top of the seat cushion. Non-power seats may be the better option, I think @ryanwk628 fabbed up some solid BMW seats in his rig.

The ones i have are from a 336? Hatchback I believe. Got them from a pick a part. I test fit them into the 40 before and they sat fine. Just need to drill 4 holes per seat into the CCOT plate and I’m done.

I don’t. I didn’t want to mess with wiring and having it look chunky under the seats. Good ole manual positioning. Easier and cheaper to fix too. Mine go up and down, back and forth, and recline. $50 from pick a part.

Yup, I have been casually looking for a manual seat that matches to replace to passenger side with.

I'm a chicken. Those jack stands worry the pee out of me. Mine is on 6x6 wooden blocks. They get in the way but at least I'm not constantly looking at the stands wondering....

If you’re wondering... you should probably get bigger jack stands. With the 6 ton set I bought for my other rig, I don’t give it s second though. They weren’t very expensive and one would support the rig with a 50% margin. For a pair, they’re is lots of leeway.
