To go along with the theme above...I'm a sucker for the Royal Oreo Blizzard:

Yep, the DQ just opened yesterday and I had to attend the Grand Opening. It's only 1/4 of a mile from my office!....(self control, my son, self control!)

But it was a great excuse to get off the couch from watching football & out enjoying my FJ40!

I could go for a butterfinger blizzard! Good thing there isn't one within 20 minutes of my house.

Got a new one

Fabricated a bracket for the twin stick going on the Orion TC attached to a 6L80. What fun. Started looking at the rest of the linkage, I may need to make a couple of tweaks there too, it figures. Also modified the booster spacer bracket so it will sit flush on the firewall by adding a tab to it. Also made a rubber gasket to fit in the recess between the firewall and spacer as well.

Everything still leak free.

Was worried about the inner axle seals, but those Merlin Crawlers did the trick. My memory is not so good, that's why those white arrows are on the backing plates. Still need to put a longer hose on that breather.

Looks like its going to be ok.

I'll bring you my rig so you can get your hands dirty;)

Gave the old 3B a cold start after sitting inside my unheated garage for 6 weeks. -10c was the inside garage temp today haha.

*I should add i pushed it back so it was closer to the garage door to help with exhaust before starting. One guy tried to call me out on having driven it back before the video haha.

That's pretty bottom!

Ran in to a problem getting a gasket for the windshield wiper motor cover, on our 2/75 40. Seems no one has the 85292-90300 which I believe to be the right one, so I figured what the hell order the other one (85292-90301). Well its too long. Hope this is not NLA. here's pic of the wrong one. Must be for later build date.
