Been there... back in the winter of 96 I drove mine to the exhaust shop with no exhaust... suffice it to say, it was so loud I didn't know one of the alternator bearings had died. Leaving the muffler shop the screech was deafening... couldn't hear it on the way there.

Pulled the engine out of mine and put it on the homemade stand I made. Big milestone for my rebuild. Had to have a beer with the 3B engine to celebrate... LOL.

Got the oversized but stock 45 passenger side mirror arm back on my 45. The powderpaint really makes them stand out.

I wish... A local guy is painting it. He is dong a really good job... Pick it up later today! This will definitely be the nicest paint I have ever had on a cruiser..

@74HogGuy do you have the tapered shim to adapt your 40 tie rod ends to the 60 steering arms?

@76 FJ40 indeed! Georg got me some when I ordered all of the small stuff. Just need a new booster, MC, and proportioning valve.

Check with Roger at City Racer. If I had known that Georg set you up, I wouldn't even need to ask!

I assembled the bib and installed the hand brake along with the antenna.
