I lived in Walnut Creek briefly in my early teens. Then it was out to Antioch for a couple years.

wow, a bunch of ex-Walnut Creekians too. Small world. :)

Replaced all the bushings at 260k miles, sleeved both rear LCA & UCA. Extended the LCA by 3/8". Overall, what a job and a workout.

This is my next big project. Gonna install a lift and do all the bushings at the same time. I would be lying if I said I hadn't been avoiding/putting it off lol

@Salue Trip looked sweet. Sad I couldn't swing it. Tell Mongo and your other buddy I said hey and we should get something together for Fall.

1212....wish I had something to post.

EDIT: Just remembered I got a 12K winch over the weekend for the 80....I guess that's oddly appropriate.

logged 900 road miles in the LX, sadly no off-roading. But still surprised every time on how civilized this solid axle vehicle ride on the highway.

Also leaving a mark here on page 1212 of the thread

That explains your lack of activity here. I was wondering why it takes you such a long time to measure the height of your ride. I guess this was a really long trip to Harbor Freight to buy a measuring tape. That's what happens when you trust your navigation 100%.

Doh! Sorry totally forgot about it. It might be a few more month before I get the right take measure to do the job right. :hillbilly:
