From this viewing angle it seems the C and D pillar are too close to the rock and waiting to get smashed. I guess that guy at the end of the video tried to rebalance the car and prevent the damage on the PS. Dangerous move on his part.
Not nearly as dangerous or risky for damage as it may appear. In fact, the corner of my rear bumper was hitting the rock and would have kept the truck from going over any further. As for the "ballast boy" I made sure he signed an accident waiver. ;)

This came up in a conversation I had with some friends last week. Has anyone actually tried to use the rear "indexed" washer on the front? IIRC the size is the same.

I don't think it'll work.. on the rear the outer part is threaded to tighten onto the spindle. The part with the key to avoid spinning is very thick and on the rear rides directly against the bearing. Plus the holes on it are threaded.. can't remember whether those holes go all the way through.

I need a lift
What is the max i can go without having to fit caster bushes etc...
Thought 2" ....

2" here. I needed caster correction. Even with correction it was a bit squirrely until I weighted down the front end with bumper/winch.

@bloc @GW Nugget

Before I call you guys over to help fix it, I need to ask you if this is the one I need to loosen up.

On the PS it seems impossible to get to the nut since it resides inside a "box"
The other one is the steering rod, which I am not sure if I need to touch at all in my case.

Not sure what to tell you. Mine came out of Denver for 20 years and yeah, they weren't easy, but I did get them loose with a breaker bar and some significant pulling/pushing. For once all the time in the gym pays off?
IIRC I even had it sitting on all 4 wheels.. though they weren't stock size.

On Xbox it shows a better line and of course he does not have the damage multiplier installed.

Damage Multiplier

So funny.... Meanwhile you've spent what, 3 days pondering how to loosen 8 fasteners? Maybe you could give the youngster a break already.

Listen, if we can't give people a hard time then what fun is this?!?! I've been the butt of many jokes (still am).

And in all fairness, the kid asked a question, it got answered based on real world experience. I think it was pretty tame. Maybe I'm jaded from years on pirate...

Dragos & Nick should have a wrenching party and record it.

In all fairness, you make a valid point about the 3 days trying to figure out how to loosen 8 bolts...:hillbilly:

How many people think that @Box Rocket is so dangerous by taking the poser line that he gives a bad name to the 4wheelin community & should stay way clear of that bus load of nunes?

Ok back on topic. What did I do with my 80? Well I drove it around back of the house to remove a shrub with the winch. Because shovels are for poor people. Poser shot for proof....... proof I mowed my lawn hopefully for the last time this season.
