Someone used deflated football and shoved in there and slowly inflated it 😉. Heat and dent puller work too 🤔🧐😉
I've got a puller, torches and a good set of those PDR rods.

But heck with that... I'm going the football route... lol.

ok, bob... I might throw the tools out and give it a try. You taught me something new today. Thank you, brother!

Got the bolts along the top of the fenders removed... and a start on the fender to apron/inner fender bolts... everything is moving, but more lube and let them set is the way. But, did get the headlights and surrounds pulled and the grill. Slowly, but surely. After I get along a little further, I'll be posting up some pics.

Good few hours in the shop.

@Old Nick You’re probably already aware of it but @AirheadNut put an ALH in his Prado

Another good place to look for an ALH car is copart also.

Hey there, young man. Good to hear from you. I've already been reading through AirheadNuts thread... Found him via another TDI thread, and he was super helpful.

Will definitely check out copart... found a couple low(er) mileage examples thus far, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Waiting on the new wiring harness... and cluttering up the barn with parts from Zeke... lol.

Here's to Saturday!

I just got word of a complete, wrecked 2003 Jetta with 150k miles on it, runs and moves under its own power, asking $1k. Unfortunately Western MT is probably a bit far for that!

I'm driving to Oklahoma in November.

Wait, $1,000 diesel locally?
Yep, unfortunately it was run into and has front end damage that is beyond reasonable repair (crushed frame horn). Would be an awesome donor for something though.
