Tough to figure the forward/aft positioning. The wheel looks too far back when moving the body forward to clear back seat/coil buckects. Got to raise it a bit to get the tire/fender better balanced looking.

Any thoughts on what I might be missing. I've got huge ears! Maybe Im not missing anything.

Nope. Dont think youre missing anything. I had to raise the body to clear the upper rear shock mount bolts.. thats the only thing that dictated the height of the body.. with that cleared i could center the wheel in the arch.. not sure what size tyres youre gonna run.

I am thinking 35s. I am using the hub to try and center the wheel. More centered I am the more the cab has to go up to clear.

I am on the bump stops and I imagine that they will come forward a bit when the springs are in. Cant imagine much though.

Actually did not go too badly! Moving from the jackstands to nothing underneath until I got the chassis under was scary!

Now onto body mounts. Gonna follow along and find that steering box brace that Briveganbj42 is using. Just makes sense to do that now.

Ha ha, the look on Mom's face - Are you sure you know what you are doing?

So I got these from lil’john. Thanks!

I blasted them all today. Now I’m trying to decide the order.
Paint, and then have a machine the new pins and bushings. Or machine and then paint.
Is there a Epoxi paint that is in a spray can, in smaller amount that anyone would suggest?

Is there a Epoxi paint that is in a spray can,

An auto paint supplier can get you standard sized rattle can with a good quality 2 part epoxy of the color of you choice. When you are ready to use it you push a plunger on the bottom of the can and shake to mix. last time I got them they were about $35 a can. May sound a bit pricey. You give them the color code you want.

They matched the factory interior color to a T. I used 2 cans and did my cargo floor and I think my tail gate with multiple coats. Nice hard factory like finish.

I just reached out to someone that I hope can machine the pins and bushings for us. See the thread I just started.

Link, just for kicks:

Looking through Mcmastercarr trying to find a substitute for these guys for between the A and C between the frame and body. Would you all say these are ‘medium hard’ rubber?
