My kids called it "cruisers on the move" I didn't tell them but... It looks distinctively like cruisers on the poo... Hope they have lockers... You don't want to get stuck in that :)

Tis it your Birthday, Johnny?

Nope looks like it was yesterday. Happy Birthday a day late Johnny. Did you do anything fun? Hope your at least staying warm. I need to dig out a warmer jacket, it's suppose to be in the high eighties here next week.

Happy Birthday, Johnny.

Damn, I missed all the snow. We're suffering through a sunny 60 degrees here in the Seattle area. It has been a very mild winter.

Birthday was Friday :)

Thanks everyone! It's 34 here ... Kinda thought it was warm until I saw what you guys are suffering thru LOL

Inlaws can only watch our kids today for the :princess: and I to go out for a normal meal (without 4kids :))

I got cards... That's it ... What's inside of them has already been spoken for LOL

The best part about a truck cake is playing with it... I wanted a reverse night ... So we ate my cake and went to the place we had our reception (our wedding) for dinner

If your ever in the area I highly recommend 'The Century House' :)

The food is almost as good as the building

Recent "new member". Read your thread from beginning to end. Well done old boy, well done. I have a 76 Fj40, that has taken over two stalls and is spreading daily, for a similar restoration(?). Great inspiration!!!

@Chungas Revenge

Love to see what your working on ... You should start a build thread... There are many great threads here on mud... Mine is trash compared to many LOL but think it came out good for what it is

Welcome to Mud :)

And thank you :)

I surely will. What started as a simple carb swap, original Aisin finally gave up the ghost, morhped into a "spit shine" of sorts. Now it's late nights lurking on Ebay/Craigs List/IH8MUD and weekends navigating the narrow paths between growing mounds of new and old parts in various stages of assembly/dis-assembly :wrench:. I have visions of a terra conquering unstoppable beast ripping its way through the rain forests of Brazil or winding its way through the Ethiopian highlands:steer:. However, budget and age will probably preclude anything more adventurous than the dirt road into deer camp. ;)

I was feeling sorry for my neglected cruiser... So it got washed :)

The other day I finished up painting the trailer bows I made and put on the canvas today... Did a quick fix to a tear in the trailer top... A canvas patch and 3m spray glue :) works great!

Leaves LOL

... the street value is not so high anymore ... I remember when leaves first came out... I was the first one on my block with them... We loved to play in the leaves... But then everybody was getting leaves there were so many with leaves that they just started chucking them out their windows falling from the sky ... Now I hate them , I need to clean up what gets thrown on my yard ... I'm sorry to the neighborhood for my introducing this PITA :)

You guys really have no snow on the ground out there??? How about salt on the roads? All clear?

There are a few piles that used to be very large... Lots of salt... Every winter... Today it's raining so quite a bit will be washed away :)

That makes my DD cruiser quite happy

Yeah, hate the leaves. Especially my neighbor's cottonwood tree leaves. Every year, blow into my yard, collect in my carport. Hates those leaves...

Yeah man! Once I can get my top and sides back on, after I get a new fuel sender in, I'll be ready to rip. Still some snow up here, and they salted the roads yesterday with the recent snow / sleet, but we'll be cleaned up and ready to rip soon, I hope.
