O boy discovered lots of rust and broken headlight baskets. Most of the bolts are trashed.

It’s already done. You can tell but it was masked off. You're going to want to take the paint off the serpentine pulley where any seal may rub. If there are grooves than a speedy-sleeve is called for.
Almost there! Still trying to find an upper radiator hose that fits. It’s a strange shape and proving difficult.

I think I’ve decided on a hard pipe with jumpers.Awesome work on the 40.
Would a straight or slightly bent hard tube with rubber elbows on the end work?
I've done several engine swaps and custom builds. I usually look up factory hoses with the correct bends and end sizes. Did a 5.3 in mine with a high mount a/c compressor. I had to put one splice in the upper hose.Almost there! Still trying to find an upper radiator hose that fits. It’s a strange shape and proving difficult.

Nice. That’s what i did in the past and the flex hose. Bc my large CBR radiator it’s got weird bends. Hard pipe seems like best cleanest option.I've done several engine swaps and custom builds. how about the part number on that upper hose? I'm doing a swap myself.
