I think a lot of it is aftermarket. I was told the read shaft is HD aftermarket. Some of the bars under here do t look stock.

Yeah, there's a bunch of not stock stuff there. But looks like the lift was done right
It has rear drop brackets for the radius arms, so caster should be good or in the ballpark. Exhaust between the frame is a nice touch too. Looks well put together I'd put all the focus into removing the rust and refinishing the underside.

Thank you guys!! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your expertise. I was up until almost midnight applying rust converter sealer. I’ll have another few late nights and I should be close to done. Then I was planning on just rattle canning a top coat. Salt isn’t a concern anymore.
Just ordered OME heavy 3.5” suspension kit. Also ordered magnaflow replacement exhaust/cats. It’s been an expensive day in the Chimpo household.

i was also given an 80 series, been rewarding bringing it back to life. baseline that thing and get it out make some new memories with your family
The DS as well as most of the stock components are in one of the earlier photos.
Like has been said, whoever did the lift seems to have did all the requisite mods as well.

Rotors came in yesterday. Pads should be in tomorrow. I already stared soaking the bolts in Kroil.

I’m going to say sway bar bushings are shot. What’s the size for the front and rear?

well I’m now in way over my head. Caliper pistons are seized. I have no way of getting them back on the rotor, as a inadvertently hit the brakes. I can’t get the spacer off the existing rotor without the calipers clamping force while I break the bolts loose.
I’m thinking now, take the calipers off, take them to a mechanic, and them rebuilt. Then start over.
On a positive note, the front suspension went in fairly easy. Only one sheared, frozen, non-critical nut broke.

Do a search. A lot choose to go with reman calipers. Napa maybe?
Probably cheaper and faster than a mechanic tearing them down, ordering parts etc
They may not be rebuildable if there's rust in the bores

Sorry to hear about your cousin. Great job so far on the rig, which looks to be in good condition aside from the seats! Good move on the reman calipers. They should already have the pistons retracted into the bore--one less tool to buy if you don't have a piston retracting tool. Make sure you have extended brake lines to account for your lift. You don't want them to fail at, or near, full articulation.
