Battery’s fully charged now.

C’mon fuel cut solenoid!!!

Were you going be able to stay SUA? Was curious what size exhaust you were running?

Yeah, SUA. I'm not a hardcore wheeler and the 1HZ doesn't need the added oil pan clearance.

I’m in Oregon outside emissions in the sticks so I was thinking of going straight pipe exhaust on my 4BT. With your 4BT did you have a muffler? Should I consider one?

I'd get a muffler. The drone from a diesel can really wear on you, especially on long trips. Check out the Aeroturbine 3030XL. It is a straight flow design with a built in resonator.

Thanks so the recommendation Dave

Took forever to burp the fuel lines, but she runs. It's freaking smooth too. Still chasing down some throttle issues. I probably goofed up the boost compensator install .

I also found out that the stock FJ60 radiator interferes with the fan. The lower hose outlet hits the fan blade.

Mine took awhile to burp as well. That’s a nice quiet motor Dave. Excellent work.

YESSSSSS!

I can't believe you got it running...30 minutes after I left.

Did you keep either fuel filter in line? What was it?

Also, it idles like BUTTAH.

It's something with the throttle and the boost compensator. I'm troubleshooting it now .

I can now start and stop it at will, just no throttle. Any ideas? @AlbertoSD what do you think? Something I goofed on when I installed the boost compensator?
