Yep, I have the same rad, 4 row , no trans cooler provisions, no heating issues! Made for the diesel.Yes it’s eBay. Seems legit. I know a few guys local to me running the same radiator. They have no complaints.

from what I have researched, a cam might help with top end HP at higher RPMs, but hurts performance at lower RPMs. WranglerJKLS on YT talks about the L96 (and other LS/LT engines) and cams.So I am doing a L96 swap with a 6L90. After tearing the engine down I’ve decided to add a Cam. Why not right?
Thanks. Not worried about that. The engine is VVT. Not DOD I will have more than enough torque once done and tuned.from what I have researched, a cam might help with top end HP at higher RPMs, but hurts performance at lower RPMs. WranglerJKLS on YT talks about the L96 (and other LS/LT engines) and cams.

Same questions. Was thinking I would have to use a diff pump.Hello! Can you anwer a few questions regarding your Swap? I’m getting close to finished a 6.0 LS Swap with 4L80e in my 94 land cruiser.
I used a Express Van power steering pump with remote res. I had to modify the factory bracket bc the power steering pulley is to large. What size pulley did you use? Is it ok for the power steering pump to use a smaller pulley and spin faster than normal?
I was also wondering how you connected your intake to the factory air box? Can you advise on which hoses you purchased to connect the intake to the MAF and the. The MAF to the factory air box?
I would really appreciate the info!!
I used a smaller pulley which I is off a blazer (2005-2009 Trailblazer & Envoy 5.3 Power Steering Pump Pulley 12605050 OEM 39089)Same questions. Was thinking I would have to use a diff pump.

There are a couple in the 60 series section I dont have a link tho gonna have to search. 25k to have a major buissness to do a swap that isn't cookie cutter ls swapp isn't unheard of. Not a whole lot of people even doing that swap so not much support for it.So does anyone know of good thread on a 2uz swap parts list? Slee did a swap and they just mention the donor engine trans and T case is from a 98 LC. The video state $25k for them to do the swap but that's not gonna happen. Thanks for any links or info.
Are you getting the heat from the exhaust manifold? Did you heat shield that guy? Those of you not running the factory air filter box, what did you do for intakes?
I think I'm vapor locking / heat soaking my LM7 because of intake temps. Last night it got over 130 degrees and it stalled out on me.
My intake set up is a silicone 90 into a 4" aluminum tube to the MAF and than a cone filter all under the hood on the passenger side. The intake tube dose rest ever so slightly on the upper radiator hose.
I'm no fabricator so I can't really use the stock air cleaner box because I'm also 3 linked and the coilover tower is where the stock air box would bolt to the fender.
I'm starting to stress because I have a Rubicon trip coming up in July and really don't want to have to cancel.
It ran like a top when I finished the swap and on it's shake down run.
Then all the sudden in Moab near the end of the day it would fall on its face....
Any and all suggestions welcome! Please and Thank you!
@torfab makes a nice airbox. I think they're out of stock ATM though. Those of you not running the factory air filter box, what did you do for intakes?

Looks great! I ended up modifying the stock alternator/power steering bracket slightly so it would clear the steering box. It seems to work just fine as I had the vehicle running this past few days with no major issues. I did use a remote res power steering pump to help clear that power steering box in addition to the modified bracket. Now I'm working on my intake plumbing..... as you can see my stock 94 land cruiser intake lid is different than yours.... it won't work nearly as nice as the one you have (which I believe is on the 96 and 97 years?? ). I also went with a drive by wire setup and used my stock throttle cable and stock accelerator pedal... all which has seemed to work fine. I installed a 4L80e trans which I bought from my mechanic friend. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that the trans forward clutches were shot as I only had Reverse working after install!! UGH!! I have a trans shop rebuilding it as we speak and look forward to installing it and driving the truck for the first time next week!!i used engine from 2007 silverado and did not change anything on it just made two new hose one end to fit toyota steering box and other end to fit gm pump
and also i m using power steering oil cooler from ford F150
for intake pipe i do not remember what size is it but i believe it is 4" one elbow 90 degree and one 45 degree ,between 45 degree and 90 degree i just used aluminum adapter 4" to 4" and that is where i drilled hole for crank case ventilation and from MAF sensor to air box i believe it was 4" to 3 3/4 but i m not Shure you will need to measure it and on air box i cut metal flange of it co i can have round pipe to connect everything together

Vapor lock is definitely the problem.Vapor lock isn’t really an issue with EFI especially not with a in-tank pump
130 degree intake temps shouldn’t be an issue at all. You’ve got something else going on
Vapor lock is definitely the problem.
Trying to sort it out now.
