Well, my buddy managed to get in a ~25 minute test drive and said it drove well and was certainly road worthy and pulled well. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any prior experience driving a fast tractor so there's that. Still some bits and bobs that need finishing: rear cargo rear, rear seats installed, rear bumper, stereo installed, antennae. Danny's plan is trailer it to Houston on Thursday, pending an OK from Dieter, my German importer. Some pics, everything looks pretty good except that new headliner which was only needed because the paint shop tore a big hole in the original. /sad face
But some progress.

Definitely. It's not too far from us. I'm really torn (harhar) about the headliner. Part of me wants it tight, literally but another part of me just wants to finally get it on the ship and deal with it when I get over here. My guy Dieter in Wuppertal has a full/proper resto shop.

Looks good!, i assume that they will correct the new headliner and sunvisors ?

Well, the headliner yes. Word on the street is @CenTXFJ60 , the headliner maestro will be assisting. :) The visors will remain unless I can source some better ones within a week.
Get the 70 Series visors and call it a day! 5 minutes install. Tough to beat that.

Awesome. Glad Danny brought the headliner over.
Literally just asked Jimmy if he’s heard from him.
Wondering if there is an extra hunk of metal around there…

Just in time for Xmas, Danny's going to drop Betty Blue off in Houston on the 23rd. My wife and I are in Sri Lanka for 2 weeks and then a week in NZ for MIL's wedding (lol) then another week in OZ and then home to Germany where I hope BB will have already arrived. 😀
Here are the final photos....a little dark.
Many thanks to @CenTXFJ60
