Fantastic! Glad it worked out.Mileage 289,543
I put the seats back in the 80. Couldn’t be happier. Almost have the interior back together. Waiting on the LHD shifter from Japan. Realized the one they had sent me was for a RHD when I went to install it. I may have to make @Roxx a deal on it.

Finished up this afternoon installing the Landtank castor brackets. @roadstr6 called it. The brackets make a huge difference on the hwy. I took it on a short Test drive and could tell right away. Hope to weld them in tonight and drop off for an alignment in the morning View attachment 2296647View attachment 2296648
New ride in the last photo? Looks to have about 7.8 million pounds of thrust.Mileage 289,543

Quoted for posterity.I am going to have to buy another rhd automatic truck now to honor that deal
I thought the same thing. Looking back at this thread I changed the pump around March 10 with a new Toyota seal. It was dry under the pump but wet under the distributor. Briefly thought it was my PS reservoir cap seal leaking. Id find oil underneath it makIng me think it was seeping out. Looks like the belts were slinging it after it dripped. The oil on my stabilizer turned out to be a leaky power steering pump. Between old O rings and old hard PS return hose, there are a lot of opportunities for leaks in the PS system. You might want to check that in addition to the dizzy o ring.
I think your truck looks fantastic by the way. The black with gray steelies just does it for me. Good choices all around. Congrats!I thought the same thing. I was talking to Scheel-Mann about that exact thing for my 04. I have stoopid air bag seats. Looks so good!Mileage 289,543

The 80 ran solid all weekend. Covered about 700 miles. It kept us dry, safe and got us home in an uneventful way. Only thing I notice to address is a small exhaust leak on the down pipe at the exhaust hanger.
Drivers battery box to be replaced upon arrival.
