Matt

It looks like you bent these to US-spec, to clear the air rail, even though this rig doesn’t have one. Is that correct? If so, that is a very marketable item. :grinpimp:

And I wouldn’t mind having a couple for my F135s either. I might have an extra sample one on the shelf I could send you for a template.

Tinkerin some more with instrument lighting and think I’ve got it down... After dark when I finally got things put back together - my wife mentions that she needs something from the grocery store... Bingo - TEST RUN - and not just for the cluster but the new LED headlights from City Racer. Bout froze my arse off (hard top off for work) but it was worth it... big difference! Outstanding upgrade... thanks @Racer65

Copper Nickel Alloy is easy to bend & won't rust like steel brake line. It's more expensive, but so is everything good.

How is the output?
I know the 40 is no speed demon but does it have enough throw as to not out run the headlight at highway speeds?

That’s not something I would ever have thought about! I only went to grocery store and back @ probably 50mph max - all I can attest to is these lights are better than my Tacoma!

Spent few hours in the garage last night....

I used Blue for the cluster meter , & Violet for the high-beam indicator & green for the Back-Lit knob Pull switch's & Cig trim ring , The Blue Lumens get
adsorbed really well by the flat black cluster face almost like a black-light and really POP

Note : All OEM Toyota parts , with exception to the LED bulbs themselves

Those are pretty neat!
Would you mind posting up the part numbers for the illuminated switches?

Made my 42 a happy lady today!!!

45k Modine installed today to keep the garage nice and toasty. (goodbye propane headaches)

Next step carry on with my turbo install not that im not frozen...

I did the same upgrade a few years ago with a Mr. Heater NG overhead heater. That and a window unit allows me to work year round regardless of weather.

I finally finished removing and repairing the botched bed liner inside the tub. It was peeling and delaminating where I failed to properly promote adhesion between multiple layers of epoxy primer. It sucks because I’ve spent the last several months chipping, sanding and peeling it up to do it again.

Live and learn.

I think the results are pretty good.
