Yes, we will. This was just a quick “move it to clean the work area”. The coming box of parts should get me to the true test drive stage. We will have that squared away soon enough.![]()

Added some heat. It puts out some serious BTU's for such a small package!

Is that a Vintage Air heater?
It is. And it fits VERY well! I'm not real fond of the defrost ducts, they stretch when heated up and sag a little. But that is certainly fixable; just need to give them a trim when hot.
@SHavis I really like the look and fit of the heater. I have looked at the Vintage Air web site and can't locate what you have. Is it a complete kit or did you have to spec the parts individually?
That looks photo looks like it has been photoshopped

Why did you not just put a used OEM unit in there?

Thanks, did you look at the Mojave heater too?
Actually it is this one, lower on the same page with the extra items.
Vintage Air Gen II Electric 12 Volt Heater Defrost Kit Billet 3 Knob Control w/ Louvers
$430.89
That one has billet controls and defrost directional vents. I found the packing list, mine is the 506101 Gen II Heater Kit with Defrost. Comes with:
Gen II Heater with Defrost Sub Case
Gen II Heater with Defrost Wiring Kit (includes the plastic controls.)
Universal Defrost Duct Kit (I did not use this)
Gen II Heater with Deftost Installation Kit (nuts, bolts, grommets, hose clamps, elbows, variable valve, wire ties, etc.)
2" Duct Hose, 5 feet.
Hope this helps! $237 is way better than $431.
Cheers!
