Hi all,
I am looking for a 3rd gen 4runner for my son who starts driving in August. I want to spend around 5-6k and am not too worried about higher mileage as long as maintenance was kept up. I would prefer close to stock and do not want a "project" or have to deal with rust issues. I have bought a couple cruisers through the forum and have had good luck. Cash in hand and willing to travel for a decent one. Thanks in advance.

I’m entertaining the idea of trading my trail rig ‘94 fzj80 for a 1st gen 4runner with a 22re or 3.4 swap. IFS is fine. SAS is fine. Built is fine. Dents are fine. Rust buckets are NOT fine.
I’d like it to have a top and a backseat. I have a son now and a two seater fzj80 isn’t cutting it anymore.
Picture of the vehicle for trade. 220k miles. Factory locked. Lots of cutting. I also have a hood and fenders that could go with it. Mechanically it’s stock with 4” worth of spacers up front and caster plates. It would come with 35” ATs in good shape and no front bumper/winch. It’s very denty and the back is open. I would drive it anywhere as it sits. Hoping to get something in similar condition.

This has been a great and reliable car, just looking for something else. This is an ideal roadtrip or camping car, it has tons of space, a comfy ride and is super capable when going off road. The interior is in great shape and the exterior looks great, consistent with age. The oil has just been changed about 1000 miles ago, oil in diffs and transfercase has been replaced about 15k mi again, it needs nothing but fuel. Currently at 57k mi, but going up, it's my daily

1 owner never in a accident 2016 SR5 Premium in silver with 22k miles. I don't want to sell this rig but I just went from owning 2 cars to 3 and one has to go. We recently installed a stage 2 Icon lift at 20k miles with Delta joint UCA. Installation was done at Mule Expedition back in February. There might be 2k miles on the whole suspension/wheel/ tire setup. Alignment was done by the best in the business, Truline Bellevue.
We are super particular people and only park in the perfect spot. I used a foam cannon to wash the truck with a new sponge every time. Truck has never seen dirt but we had plans for that to change eventually if kept. This is my ladies truck and driven by a 35 year old female. I have the OEM roof rail/rack...

Got this 4runner sitting in my yard. Starts fine good running v6 95000kms or like 60000 miles. Was thinking of rebuilding it but the body is too rough. Would like to get around $1000 canadian or a good Miller mig single phase, preferably a passport. Located in Toronto Ontario. Almost new rubber. 5 speed. Quite a bit of rust, but the frame seems ok. Would probly make a decent bush rig. Interested in any reasonable proposal.

Very clean 2nd gen 4Runner. Everything works (all power windows/locks, AC, sunroof and rear window) Recently inspected and ready to roll! Odometer says 62,000 (don't really believe it). Original paint!
This 4 Runner isn't perfect but IS very good. No rust! Clean odor free interior. Bluetooth radio in center console so thieves don't see it. Engine recently (5/17) had extensive top end work. New pistons, injectors, bearings, rings, timing belt and head gasket. have put on 5000 care free miles since. Transmission shifts super smooth!
