I see that you now have a heated seat option. What does the wiring/switch set up look like?

Right now we are using an "off the shelf" option after going through a ton of options. It didn't give me the aesthetic I was hoping for, but quality checked all the boxes and working to keep the pricing as affordable as possible.I see that you now have a heated seat option. Same here. If these have seat heaters and arm rests, I will probably have to get a set but I love the way my cloth seats look and really like that they match. I really do need more lumbar support though. I can drive my GX all day without back pain but the 80 hurts after an hour. These look appealing and whenever a version with an arm rest is available I just may be tempted away from the stock cloth seats. The biggest hurdle would be me having to release the OCD of the front not matching the 2nd or 3rd row seats. Door panels are another lesser issue and could be recovered.
Does it tie into the existing power seat harness that is under the seat or do you have to route it to the fuse box?Right now we are using an "off the shelf" option after going through a ton of options. Right now it is stand alone, our 80 that we are doing the work with is a 91 and I don't have all that cool power stuff.... lol I would like to eventually get it set up to be "plug n play" like the seat brackets. Challenge is getting my hands on a later 80 here in Southern Oregon to play with for a little bit.Does it tie into the existing power seat harness that is under the seat or do you have to route it to the fuse box?
If I were closer I'd let mine be the guinea pig for you...lolRight now it is stand alone, our 80 that we are doing the work with is a 91 and I don't have all that cool power stuff.... lol I would like to eventually get it set up to be "plug n play" like the seat brackets. I agree, and truthfully it was a hard switch for me too because I love the factory pattern. Granted my driver seat was a bit destroyed on the bottom so it made the decision easier, but still. We do have additional material available that we will be offering soon so if you did want to do door cards, etc. you could.Same here. These look and are priced perfectly. I would definitely like a heat option. Any time frame on that? I was on the website yesterday, could have missed it, and did not see that option. We are working on the seat heat kit now and the arm rest is also on our list to work through.
Seat jackers from Desert Does It made a huge difference for me. (Also cloth manual seats)Same here. We have them ready now and should have them loaded on the site by this weekend is our goal. You can shoot me a email too at joe@ruggedoverland.com and I can shoot over the info and pricing this evening. These look and are priced perfectly. I would definitely like a heat option. @RuggedOverland Do these seats slide further back than the pen cloth seats? I have a 96 that I switched out the leather seats for some manual cloth seats that gave me an extra 2 inches of sliding back but would love a little more room for my legs. Great solution, appreciate your effort to give us an affordable option.
The vertical stitch is only available in rich black.Joe, thanks for getting back to me on the heat option.
Are you able to do vertical stitching on all color options?
@RuggedOverland Do you have any customers in Utah, would love to sit in a rig before dropping some coin?
I’m in the Salt Lake area.Actually... I might! What area?
