1989 FJ62 Toyota Landcruiser. $2300 OBO
1989 FJ62 Toyota Landcruiser. $2300 OBO. 196k miles. Family owned and well-maintained. Car runs great – no problems starting or running. Automatic transmission. Push-button 4WD. A/C and heater work great, CD player with detachable face. Power windows/locks still work, but they can be tricky sometimes. Radiator and water pump replaced around 2005. Still have original manual, spare tire kit. No dents, good chrome. Some rust – car was garaged for first 10 years. Upholstery has some typical wear – small tear on driver’s seat and few stains There is a slow leak in the Brake Master Cylinder. (I refill brake fluid about once every 3 months). Only thing I haven’t been able to replace with stock part was the...
[size=3]I thought I would never sell it but alas, the time has come. It is rust-free. and it runs great. Only 146,000 miles. I have an 84 BJ60 with a 5speed tranny that I'm gonna be putting up for sale. The engine, tranny and Tcase and rear diff all have about 100k kms(60k miles) on them. Thay were rebuilt by a Toyota Master Tech. I also have a turbo, modified exhaust manifold and complete 2.5" exhaust to go with it. These items are not installed and require some TLC. Oh yeah and an intercooler from a Volvo. The truck also has OME suspension that is a few years old. Also has front split bench seat installed. Has a full length roof rack as well. Body is toast. Asking $4K. Truck is drivable but needs a Ujoint. power steering pump is not running a belt because I damaged the front seal creating a leak. (late night, putting the pully on in the dark...
I am finally selling my Cruiser. It has only 146,000 miles and is currently used as a second vehicle. I have tried to keep the Cruiser completely stock but have upgraded the rear kick panels with diamond plating and threw in a high end stereo system. The transmission, radiator, battery, alternator, and leaf springs have all been replaced. This Cruiser is completely rust free and the interior of this thing is just about perfect. I will be honest, the only part needed to replace is the air compressor. The A/C did blow cold air before the compressor went out. The Cruiser is curently in WA state. Asking $7500 Pictures here: http://www.photoblog.com/petersoner/2007/08/07/
1984 FJ60 for sale
This is a 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60. I bought this cruiser in 2003 from my brother who bought it from some people who lived in the Death Valley area. My brother drove it around for about a year until I told him that I wanted a project and this was a great Land Cruiser to restore. My brother is a huge Land Cruiser nut and I gained the appreciation during this process. The people that my brother bought it from bought it brand new. This cruiser is from a dry climate so it has never had any rust on the body or frame. Over the last 4 ½ years I have restored this cruiser and added some features to make it more trail ready as well as reliable. Here is a list of things that I have done to it. I have many pictures of the restoration...

88 FJ62 For Sale
Reality is setting in and my plans to do what needs to be done to this FJ62 have fallen prey to other projects; especially since I purchased another FJ62 to replace it. Thought one of you might be interested before I post locally. We purchased this FJ62 in May of ’05 with a little over 244K miles on it. The PO said she had the engine rebuilt about 40K miles ago (around 200K). It now has a bit over 257K and still runs strong. However, it does need some TLC. Mechanically, it needs some exhaust work and an O2 sensor, I believe. It could also use pan and side cover gaskets; it leaks some oil. The temperature was running a bit high when parked in traffic for a while. I think it needs a fan clutch. I think everything else is in good...
