@bobm says 78-up `FJ55 year by year differences listed - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/fj55-year-by-year-differences-listed.1246550/#post-13747219`

Jon at slocruisers sells two versions of the "full body kit" (both currently OOS) one for 69-77, the other for 78-80, but I think the difference in the kit is the rubber for the taillights.

He does have the door seals (attaches to the door) and the door body seals (attaches to the body/cabin) in stock.

Basically, at least with his stuff, there is no difference in the door fit between years.

thank you

I would start with Jon at Slocruisers. He is very responsive and has good stuff!

If you get in a pinch several of us did a group buy last year from rubber seal AUS. They have extensive number of options. Not sure if the tariff situation would cause some headaches these days. Thei site also helps youu determine what will and what won't work based on door types.

FWIW...Just did door seals from SOR for my 72. They go around the perimeter of the door. No real install issues to note...seemed ok. The kit has all 4 doors.

My door threshold seals on the body are just universal ones so I'm no help there.

OP is in Canada so tariffs probably not an issue.

RSA seals are very nice and the fit is great. I've ordered from them multiple times and they ship fast.

Whois OP?

Not to hijack, but does anyone have sources for the window channel runs inside the doors/rear hatch? I can’t find anything available, RSA doesn’t seem to have them either.
They have them. They call them bailey channels. Depending on your front door make they may or may not be listed.

They are helpful by e-mail so send them a message.

Tariffs and counter tariffs are definately an issue in Canada - not on all items, but they certainly come into play here. The larger issue I am finding is that a number of supplier simply won't ship outside of the US to avoid all the administration.
