1973 FJ-40 Body (fairly rough with the usual rust under the rear doors etc.) and Frame (109" wb) w/ hard top and doors
Motor: TBI 350 with Custom EFIS wiring harness
Transmission: Turbo 350 Transmission w/ B&M Shifter
Transfer Case: NP205 w/ twin stick shifters
Front Axle: Chevy Dana 60 w/ 5:13 Gears, 35 spline inners and outers, warn drive flanges, lock-rite and full hydro steering
Rear Axle: 14 Bolt w/ 5:13 Gears, Cut and Plated for more clearance than a Dana 60, Detroit Locker and disk brakes
Tires: 42” Super Swamper TSL’s w/ less than 10 rides 98% tread.
Wheels: 15x10 Beadlocks

I have a 74 fj40 w/ 89k for sale in Ohio $1700 obo. The 40 is an early 74 so it has the original f motor and 3 speed on the floor. Everything is solid from the cowl up and the tub is in fair shape. The front doors are also solid but the normal rot has eatin the rear sill/barn doors and driver floor. Mechanically she is running strong and needs some minor work (brake MC, tune up, tires, etc). The truck was bought off a farm to be used as my younger brother's daily but being 17 he is eaisly distracted and has yet to begin work on her after owning the rig for 6 months. I would love to keep this rig for the trail but I have my hands full with my 77 so it must go. If interested, email for pics esahc@zoomtown.com
1979 FJ 40 mostly stock condition. Body good for being from TN(rust capital of the world). Factory power steering, power disc brakes, new carb, new fuel pump, all new front brakes. Needs just a little more work to be a good driver, Im just tired of working on it. Factory paint, no body work has ever been done on this cruiser that I can see. The only rust is in the front floor in between the seat and the door. I do not have a title for this thing ( the guy I bought it off of couldn't find it and I can't get one without his help which he will not give me).I'd like to get about $3000 for this thing which I believe it is easily worth. I live in Mt. Jackson Va. I have a 1974 Fj 40 Landcruiser Its red with a black hard top I also have the soft top and rails to go with it but i have never had it on since i have the hard top. usual 3 speed tranny/ transfer, tranny growls, worn down 30"&31"tires, bikini top, seats are serviceable, with large jump seats in rear. Small block runs strong, with rochester Q-jet and outside the frame headers, new turbo mufflers, locking front hubs, all lights and directional's work, half doors, and seat belts. Asking $2650.00, and will throw in a full set of rear fender polished diamond plate at that price, or if someone wants the d-plate, $150.00 at my door. no rust buckets, but a little rust and some needed sheet metal are not a problem. Oh yeah the big thing, it has to run and drive or be pretty close.

1971 FJ-40 for sale in central NC. Good running motor, freshly rebuilt weber 38, new super swampers. Front wheels won't engage, I think the vacuum switch needs rebuilding. Free turning warn hubs. Very smooth shifting transmission. Under dash transfer case shifter works smooth and well. Very minor rust for a nonrestored 71, 4" circle under drivers door, 4" circle under pass door, 4" circle rt rear corner some pan rust through on rear of transmission hump. This should be a realitively cheap and easy resto for someone with the time and experience. $2500.00
