Seat cover for ivory/tan seats

I want to replace the front seats covers, both are torn. I am open to replace both the bottom and the back covers
Do these covers come with the cushions/foam? as my vehicle has lost some of the foam under the cover. I need cover that comes with the cusion/foam or
can be purchased along with the cover
Also, do these new covers fit above the existing torn covers or I need to remove the existign one and put on the new ones
I will prefer removing the old one and put on the new ones (ideally if these are DIY).

3 times for LX470 / Land Cruiser.
1 time for GX470.
1 time for Mercedes SL500 (just placed this order for my father-in-law and the cover hasn't yet arrived).

Good color match and Good quality.
No issues with installation.
My replacement LX470 driver seat bottom has been on for about 25k miles and 7 years and it looks the same as when I installed it.

My 1st order was in 2019 for my 2003 LX470 with Gray Interior / Leather.

Read through this recent thread.

Post #10 is mine and gives you my experience with a good vendor.
If your foam is damaged, you can order new foam through Toyota / Lexus.

When removing your old leather, just cut the Hog Rings with a Good pair of Diagonal Cutting Pliers.
When doing replacement, IMO you do not need to use Metal Hog Rings.
Use Zip Ties instead.
Much easier to use / install / etc.
