Out with the old leaking stuff and in with the new shiny stuff. Replaced my factory steel diff cover with the Nitro one. Replaced my leaking from the rear Aisin master cylinder with a new Centec unit from Rock Auto Parts.

I hope you're filling that rear diff by measuring what goes in, not by filling to the edge of the fill hole, like you do with the standard cover.
Did you use Teflon tape on the olives of your break lines? Was it a special kind? I see that it is blue. Thanks
The guys at Nitro came up with a neat little trick for that. If you look to the lower right of the "O" in Nitro you will see a removable fill level plug. It's at the same level as the factory fill. All you do is keep filling it till it comes out the level hole, then reinstall the level plug.
Landed my stalking fantasy (have checked on it everyday for 6 years)...neighbor finally decided it was time to sell.
New CCOT tank, changed the wheels from obnoxious 10" wagons to something more fitting, bled the brakes, soaked the engine that had not started in 10yrs and wala.....the third 40 in my fleet. Bone stock, except for the suspension/wheels/tires 77 FJ40
Nice looking rig Crimson
