The use of a syringe and needle is very accurate and clean. In my opinion, the best way to do this type of painting.Great job mate!
May I ask why you didn't use a paint brush?

Mine is definitely bent. Where did you get the replacement parts? I saw the $OR kit, but haven't seen other options.@MatthewMcD .. nice job on that door…I found the same pin in my FJ40. The replacement fit so well it didn’t seem that is was really the correct size. I’d even changed the arched door retainer ..it was a bit out of shape as well
Same Place…was pricey too and I also had to buy the complete assembly for the passenger door or it would swing wide open and bang into the front right fender…that I found on Cruiser Corps “used”Mine is definitely bent. you are apparently missing the dash light that illuminates from the underside of the dash pad “lip”Install a "new" cluster. Mix my 1976 with 1980.
I don't want to spend time figuring out how to connect +/-50 Amp on the 76 model.
Is this the only dash light I will have at night?... Hmm

My dashpad doesn't have a "cut" for this light. It has two wires coming out to connect it. I have tested them.you are apparently missing the dash light that illuminates from the underside of the dash pad “lip”

I thinking of fabricating some "external" light there.

@SergP I would like to see what solution you come up with for interior illumination. Ours is a 1970 with no provision for dash lighting other than the instrument cluster. Driving these things at night is interesting. I've learned that it is best to set whatever you want set before beginning the dark journey with a small pinlight flashlight in my teeth for any needed midtrip adjustments. My dashpad doesn't have a "cut" for this light. How did you bolt it to the pad?I cut my dash pad with an exacto knife to insert the light. It cut easier than I expected.
Since 1937 huh?A trip for some feed at Tractor Supply and I noticed this peeking out from the clutter on a shelf.View attachment 3491252
Nice Vehicle. It might better to post it in the 200 sectionPicked up a 2019 LC200 with OME BP51 suspension. Ordered an ARB Base 41 Roof Rack, Icon Vector 5 in Bronze and Nitto Ridge Grappler 285/75/17. Next is front and rear ARB bumpers. Front Runner roof rack will be up for sale.

Did you add new bottoms? I'm adding new bottoms to mine now. Then I'm going to order new seals and felt.Decided to tackle the rust on the driver's side door. I'll need to punch some drain holes in them later. While waiting for bondo to cure and paint to dry I cleaned up the limiters and discovered the "sawn in half" limiter pin. Adding that to the list.
