Had a bit of fun this weekend and do enjoy wiring - when done right. Im trying to keep my JF40 as stock looking as possible, but the performance with upgraded lighting is a must for me. Love how the Auxbeam units are so easy to work with now...minimal wires and no longer running relays all over the place.,

Looks good and clean. The relay box that you used did it come with the switch panel or did you source it separately, if so where?

Super easy - only one hot wire from your lights into box, grounded on chassis.

Adjusted the clutch then loaded it on the flatbed for a cross state trek to its new home.

Haven't spent much time with her last year but decided to take her around the block a few times.

Was reminded our first meeting, a test drive before buying her, noting that the brake booster is probably leaking vacuum pressure. And, 8 years later, I still haven't fixed that, and it's gotten pretty bad. So, a new booster from city racer and she was running, and stopping, like a champ!!!

Drunk on success, I decided to tackle the death wobbles, and tore all the tie rods off and am waiting for new ball joints...

I should've tried just washing it first.

Did you sell the fj40? or you are just moving?
Moving. Though if someone offers an obscene amount I’d gladly sell it, then turn around and build another….

Removed oil pressure regulator, cleaned, replaced O-ring and gasket. Replaced oil filter hoses with stainless in protective sheath. Oil and filter change. Driven Racing Oil GP-1 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil 15w-40 (12 Quart Bottles); Lucas Heavy duty oil stabilizer and Denso Engine Oil Filter - 150-2066 .

Been a busy week…4plus rear passenger carrier from @lcwizard (4plus). Points and condenser took a dump so installed the pertronix 1662LS and it instantly fired up. Then, got our event T-shirts & stickers done for SAS7. Will be around 11 rigs from KC making the voyage to Ouray in August.
