Thanks @Pura Vida , I drive my 60 a bunch more than my 40…and the 40 sits outside under a Maple Tree.

Got an unexpected lead on good wood area and just fired her up & took off w/o cleaning her up.

Finally took apart my ambulance door lock assembly to tighten up the loose handle. As is tradition I immediately lost the tiny spring and spent most of the time looking for itView attachment 2799644

I had a similar event while installing my OEM power steering. Somehow I hit the ignition switch and the white cover kind of half popped off. While attempting to see if I could put it back together, I saw a little steel ball go flying out in the corner of my eye. I looked around for it but of course it was gone. A little later I noticed this:

It was caught in the rolled up hem of my shirt sleeve.

The previous owner never used or maintained the factory a/c. Now that it resides in Southern Georgia the a/c will be a high priority. 😊

It also had a fairly worn, oddball spare tire. That had to go. 😊

Well, that is just genius. I ordered everything new and will buy those instead of the top bolts. Why did you buy four?
I bought four to use on the carb but the broken bolt in the lower thermostat housing happened. That reminds me, I need to order two more bolts for when I next remove the carb.

I finally got around to installing my cowl vent drain tubes from city racer and fixing a broken switch for my front locker. Now if I can get my oil pressure Guage working I can remove the mechanical one installed where my radio goes. I may just remove the mechanical one anyway. Who needs an oil pressure Guage on a 40. Really all you need is a gas gauge.

Ok, went back up this morning & got another load…BUT…this time with Mrs. LandCruiser.💅💄💅. She’s ‘resting‘ now.😳

Woodstove 24 / 7?
Yeah, all winter. I try my hardest to not run the furnace.

I might run it once or twice a year to knock the chill off in the morning, after that it gets turned off.

Wood is basically free.
