Saturday was a nice easy wheeling day with (a lot) of friends. Probably put a solid 250 miles round trip on the truck, but I can’t be sure since the speedometer failed 10 miles from my house.

All the lights are wired and working. New turn signal switch is in and the housing is painted.

Replaced my fuel pump which sprang to leak.

Pain in the a** working in tight quarters. Removed the battery and oil filter and still had a tough time getting to the bolts and removing the fuel lines.

Really did not want to remove the plate under the truck because those bolts are probably original and rusted tight. Did not want to take the chance of busting them.

Went for a short ride and it ran fine.

Took the 40 and a 52mm polarizer to snap some images of yesterday's virga and sunset.

There is nothing quite like light at a high altitude, second only to a high latitude.

Finished my 2 months long installation of new disc brakes, power steering, aluminum radiator and cooler/filter for power steering pump, new header. Pretty happy, no leaks! Pics are before and after.
